Beautiful 1970s crepe dress.
These early Jean Muir dresses are becoming very difficult to find, they are design genius and still infinately wearable.

Button through mid length.
wide through the body.
Exquistely tailored shoulders with classic jean muir stitched down pleating.
the shoulders are sculptrally padded to give a lift to the boxy shape of the dress.
the collar can be a stand or folded down, multi stitching detailing with a very subtle point at the nape.
Sleeves are slightly ballon and taper to wrist with stiched down pleating fasten at narow wrist with button and loop.
the skirt is pleated front and back with a panel for pockets, all details so incredibly subtle but utterly genious.
100% Rayon
