Do you Ship Wordwide?
Yes!
We ship worldwide, via Royal Mail, Track & Sign.
All Parcels are sent fully insured.
We will provide tracking info on dispatch.
We usually dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Do You Accept Returns?
Returns are rare
Before purchasing, please review all measurements and the condition report carefully to ensure the piece meets your needs.
If you have any questions about an item or need additional details, please email us — we’re happy to assist.
However, If you would like to return your item, then we do accept returns for full price items from UK customers only.
To do this please use the following guidelines:
Please email us with your order number & reason for returning within 14 days of receiving your item.
On receipt of this email, we will provide you with a return address.
As a very small business, we would appreciate if items be shipped back within 7 days of you receiving it and that they must be in the same condition as was listed when purchased
unworn and unwashed.
We reserve the right to deduct the cost of any cleaning or repairs incurred.
Returns must be sent back carefully packed using a trackable service ( Not Evri) and fully insured.
We cannot be held responsible for any items that are missing or lost.
Once the item has been assessed we will refund the item for the full amount minus the original shipping cost. Via the original paying method.
In the unlikely event that you notice any flaw we may have missed, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item so we can resolve the matter promptly.
We may refund the item minus shipping costs incurred with the transaction.
International Returns will be refunded minus any customs fees attracted by sending the item back to the UK.
However, we must be informed within 2 days once the item has been delivered.
International customers MUST display "return to sender" largely and clearly on the packaging otherwise it may attract undue customs charges that will be deducted from any refund.
Goods should be posted back in the same condition they were sent out and returned in their original packaging and unworn/unused.
Goods sent back must be fully trackable and fully insured.
We reserve the right to deduct a charge we see fair if the item shows signs of usage including perfume/washing powder and/or has been returned in a condition that leads to diminished value.
Please return any items in strong packaging and with tracking and fully insured / we cannot be held responsible if the item is lost/damaged on return.
Is Vintage suitable for everyday wear?
Absolutely!
Wearing vintage every day pushes back against fast-fashion sameness.
The pieces we source will slot effortlessly into the contemporary wardrobe, having already lasted for decades and crafted to endure for decades to come.
.Although great care has been taken of these special pieces they have had a previous life!
Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, there might be the occasional slight and trivial imperfection,
which we shall always try to note.
Please do bear this in mind and don't expect them to be in 'just off the rail' condition.
We do not fix items prior to sale and therefore try to describe items and always try to note any flaws to the best of our ability.
Please be sure to use the measurements given to determine size.
Vintage sizes bear no similarity to sizes today!
Unless we have grossly misrepresented an item all sales are final.
